Are you a risk and control professional with strong financial services experience Are you able to start a 9 month contract in the next month Are you able to come to Bristol once month If the answer to all these questions is yes then we would be keento hear from you as we are currently assisting a long standing client of ours with the recruitment of an interim Risk and Controls Manager. Working on the ongoing project of embedding risk and controls across the wider department you will be responsible forthe oversight and management of 1st line risk, and support the risk and control function within the highly diverse Business Banking department. A full job description will be provided to shortlisted applicants but if you have a Financial Services background,experience of First Line Operational Risk and have good knowledge and understanding of managing risk events, root cause analysis and RCSAs then this role would suit you. Youll be someone who has great communication skills and the ability to work across departmentscollaborating and influencing at various levels across the business, youll have a detailed and analytical mindset and a good understanding of control checking.
