Job Description

Retail Trainer/Brand Representative

  • Ideal candidate based in Bristol, Bridgwater, Taunton or very close to M4 and M5
  • Salary £24-25k per annum
  • +10% performance bonus
  • +£400pcm car allowance
We are recruiting for a Retail Trainer/Brand Representative, working for an award-winning Field Marketing agency to deliver product training for one of Britains leading Smart Security Brands.This role is perfect for you if you have previous experience with Field Sales or Retail and if you are comfortable on camera live streaming training sessions and producing bitesise video content!Your Key Responsibilities as a Retail Trainer:
  • This role will be split between retail visits and creating/delivering digital training
  • Communicate and demonstrate the smart security brands, products and services effectively face-to-face and through online mediums
  • Grow the clients sales both in and out of retail by delivering an exceptional experience to both end-users and retail staff
  • Calling on stores in line with agreed number and frequency of visits executing agreed training plans, live product demonstrations and added value activities
  • Propose and execute video training sessions with key retail and online partners
  • Deliver an agreed number of video sales/training sessions per quarter as set out in KPIs
  • Conduct Regional and Key in-store training presentations both face-to-face and through online mediums
  • Manage compliance and retail displays in-store in line with brand guidelines
  • Completing general reporting and delivering to the client on a regular basis
  • Demonstrate flexibility within the role to ensure that the expectations and requirements of the client are met in a timely manner
  • Deliver B2B video training as required by the client
This job is perfect if you:
  • Possess excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Have an aptitude for picking up technical aspects of new products and equipment
  • If you are experienced with providing product presentations and training
  • Have experience in a Field Sales Role
  • Previous experience with Visual Merchandising
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Have a clean UK driving licence
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Basic video editing skills (desirable)
