Residential Surveyor - £45,000 - £65,000 per annum plus commission/benefitsCobalt is pleased to continue its partnership with a leading independent Surveying firm - Chartered surveyors established by Chartered Surveyors.Being that the practice is run by chartered surveyors, they are aware that Surveyors have different preferences to work loads, commission schemes and so on. They always look to be as accommodating as possible and look make your life as easy possible with logistics, technology, turn around times etc.Founded over 10 years ago, their growth has been organic, from a few founding members to now being an organisation of over 50 surveyors. The work will largely focus on mortgage valuations, homebuyers (90/10 - depending on patch) - building surveys/more complex work can also be provided depending on suitability and preferences. Their average point count is 5 points per day but will consider less or more depending on preferences and what is viable.Benefits (package is negotiable) £45,000 - £65,000 basic plus benefits + commission scheme (also negotiable)Other benefits will be discussed at interviewIf you are interested in hearing more, please apply today.
