Job Description

We are working with an established business in Bristol who are looking for Research Account Managers to join their growing team.As a Research Account Manager you will be:

  • Ensuringall projects are delivered on time and to budget
  • Screening participants according to brief requirements
  • Conductingproject set ups
  • Preparingrecruitment documents
  • Composingand sending emails to thedatabase
  • Regularly updatingclients throughout the recruitment process
  • Identifying when projects become challenging and respond accordingly by looking for alternative recruitment methods
  • Dealing with all customer and client queries
Your experience:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Well organised and able to work to deadlines
  • Able to talk to senior leaders within the business
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages
