As a Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service and people.You will have 25 staff reports that provide 24/7 support on a 1:2:1 and 1:2:2 basis. Duties include budgeting, finance, recruitment, training, working with outside agencies, supervisions to name but a few.Qualifications and Experience required - We are looking for an experienced empathetic, caring manager to support a large staff team.
