In this role as Regional HRBP, youll partner with a Regional Director, supporting one region (several hundred shops and a headcount of c1500 colleagues), to deliver the people plan that underpins the delivery of our retail strategy. Youll really be in thethick of it in this role, often being the first port of call for to day to day operational HR issues as they arise.Youll need to be comfortable working alone and travelling frequently across your region (which may include overnight stays) but you must also be a real team player. To be truly effective in this role, you will need to build great working relationships acrossthe business, from the regional field team to the Retail HR team and from regional employee forum reps to the HR centres of excellence.
