(This role has a flexible approach to home working with some travel required to meet the needs of the business).A quick look at the role.The purpose of the role is to support the Regional BDM and BIM teams with back office processes and administration: - To support the BIM and RAM team in managing a portfolio of SME and Major accounts through dealing with customer queries/requests and reporting.Support in delivering the Retention, Growth and improved profitability of the portfolio accounts. Support on rebids and tenders. To support the BDM team with sales and appointments, sales campaigns, sales admin and tender process.Why its an opportunity not to be wasted.1. Working with the new business and account management teams to manage a portfolio of accounts.2. Manage against a range of targets. Deliver Growth, Retention and improved profitability in relation to portfolio accounts. Support the new business team in delivering their new business targets.3. Support with the Regional tender requirements4. Deal with queries and complaints from a variety of customers with a view to getting it right first time. Keep abreast of any changes in company policies and procedures to ensure that the correct advice is offered and procedures are followed. Manage ARTLogs, QLS logs and customer queries.5. Manage and deliver customer MI Reports and support the RCM with their back office requirements.6. Effectively use CRM to enter sales leads, customer contact and accurately record sales activities in line with the quality guidelines for the department. Provide admin support and tele-selling for the BDM team.7. Work with the account management and Operations teams to identify creative and innovative solutions which will reduce churn in line with company targets.Heres what we require:Having experience in a commercial environment Previous of Back Office sales support, admin, or customer service.Computer Literate (Microsoft Office packages/excel, email).Able to communicate effectively in writing, on a 1:1 basis and by phone.Adhere to strict deadlines.Customer focus and empathetic to customer needs.And heres why youll love it at Biffa.
