Job Description

Pertemps Network Group is a well-established business specialising in the supply of both temporary and permanent labour to our customers.We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Onsite Consultant to join our dynamic, growing team. This permanent position is ideally suited to someone with an onsite background who wants to advance their career in a busy and supportiveworkplace.Main Purpose of the RoleAn Onsite Consultant recruits, manages and maintains a workforce of up to 200 temporary staff across 4 Locations. They must build and maintain relationships and provide support and advice to both our workforce and our customer with the upmost professionalism.TheOnsite Consultant resources both a weekly plan and short notice requirements with fully compliant drivers to ensure adherence to a strict service level agreement in place between the agency and our customer.Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively dealing with and anticipating problems that may arise from any source, using effective communication and diplomacy to provide a professional service for clients and employees.
  • Representing Pertemps in the recruitment, induction, and counselling of dedicated employees, ensuring that they know about the clients policies and who to go to for support and advice.
  • Representing Pertemps in dealing with the client and relaying requirements and changes to the site team in a professional and courteous manner.
Critical Activities:
  • Dealing with people at all levels in a patient and professional manner.
  • Organising and managing time effectively.
  • Forecasting & forward planning.
  • Recruiting and matching people for positions available.
  • Setting up, developing, and maintaining systems and procedures.
  • Effective use of reports as communication tools.
  • Problem solving to the benefit of all parties.
  • Producing and demonstrating our excellent performance through KPIs.

This exciting position offers the following benefits to the successful candidate:
  • A starting salary of between £22,000 to £24,000 per annum.
  • 24 days holiday per year.
