Job Description

As the QA Architect youll be responsible for defining the quality assurance tooling set and testing guidelines at divisional level and mentoring and coaching the QA team to ensure adherence with guidelines. Development of automated test and test plans forthe divisional platforms framework.This crucial role offers an exciting opportunity to own, define and deliver a QA transformation programme.   • Defining tooling set for manual and automated testing in conjunction with the Solution Architectures
  • Creations of divisional level principles and guidelines and ensuing brand level alignment with them:
    • Testing principles
    • Security Guidelines
    • Tool Guidelines
    • Framework Implementation Testing Guidelines
    • Automated test framework for Frameworks
  • Mentoring and coaching of the quality assurance team to ensure alignment with the testing guidelines.
  • Supporting brand level testing through:
    • Analysing requirements
    • Designing test plans
    • Interacting with the client to explain test approach
  • Responsible overall quality of the Framework
Requirements
  • 5 years+ commercial experience in planning test strategies, writing automated and manual tests
  • Proven leadership and mentoring qualities
  • Skills in C#, JavaScript, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Selenium, Cucumber, EasyRepro, DataVerse / other automated testing tools
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience in agile/ scrum practices within Azure DevOpos
  • Collaborative team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & oral
