Purchase Price Allocation SpecialistThis is a rare opportunity for a Senior Manager currently working in practice, to step into a pivotal role which will have a significant impact on the Balance Sheet.My client is highly acquisitive, market leading and with significant future growth plans.The roleThis role will require you to establish the in-house purchase price allocation (PPA) function and the migration of work from external service providers, in addition to leading the development of the PPA process.You will ensure all acquisitions requiring a separate PPA, fair value adjustments on acquisition and an assessment of intangible fixed assets (including customer lists), do so timely, completely and accurately.The personIdeally you will be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with significant PQE and proven experience in the calculation of PPAs and valuation of intangible fixed assets.
