Quinton Davies is working with an international brand, looking to hire a Purchase Ledger professional for their Bristol office. Due to our continued expansion & growth my client is looking to meet with experienced purchase ledger clerks for both FTC and permanent opportunities.Duties will include* Checking of all incoming supplier invoices against delivery notes* Checking and cost coding the invoices* Inputting the invoices onto a bespoke in-house system ready for processing* Answering supplier payment queries* Monthly reconciliation of supplier statementsYOUGood attention to detail and able to work to a high degree of accuracy* Ability to work quickly and independently to ensure high volumes of invoices are processed* Proven ability to meet deadlines* Good IT skills (MS Excel)* Ability to work with multiple IT systems simultaneously* Previous experience in similar role* Flexible approach to work* Clear and confident communication skillsIf you would like to be considered for this post, contact Lewis Bittle todayThanks for considering an application.
