Job Description

Collectively this group has sales of over £100M.What makes them different to many of their competitors is the source of their leads. Rather than buying databases which require high volume cold calling, they invest significantly in generating their own leads via various channels including significant investmentin digital marketing - so every lead is warm.If you are tired of cold calling and want to join a business where you can truly develop, with realistic OTE of £45k-£50k then we want to speak to you.We are searching for top sales professionals with the ability to build strong relationships by building rapport with clients whilst providing a consultative service to ensure the right product is matched to each and every enquiry. You dont have to necessarilyhave experience within insurance sales, you just need to be ready to learn and come with excellent customer service and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:

  • Call real-time enquiries to expand the client base.
  • Interview prospective clients regarding their financial resources and commitments
  • Explain the features of various protection policies available.
  • Analyse existing insurance policies and suggest additions or changes.
  • Manage and prioritise sales opportunities to achieve your targets.
  • Represent the brands and conduct yourself in an appropriate manner.
  • Maintain client records within the CRM system.
