Job Description

This well respected Legal 100 firm is recruiting for a property litigation solicitor or legal executive to join its highly ranked team in Bristol.In this role, you will act for household name clients including developers, retailers, property investors and local authorities on a range of commercial property litigation matters, including:

  • Landlord & Tenant work
  • Building & Development disputes
  • Possession actions
  • Land acquisition disputes/Purchaser claims
This role involves working on a wide range of disputes with an opportunity to specialise over time if you wish. You will be given muchclient contact from day one and build on these relationships in order to grow your own professional network for the future.To apply, you will be an ambitious qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 2 years post qualification experience.This firm works flexibly from home and the office and can provide a working pattern to suit your needs.
