Job Description

A Donor Journey Design Analyst is required to support the documentation of the end to end donor journey for the CVP programme, this role is with the NHS and is initially a 3 month contract and would be remote working, the pay rate for the role is banding 5/6 or equivalent.

  • To support the development of design documentation for the end to end donor journey through the plasma donation lifecycle, including:
  • Documenting the journey(s) to create a shared knowledge base for understanding the awareness, recruitment, conversion and retention solution
  • Documenting the design narrative of the solution design to demonstrate:
  • what the objectives of the donor experience project are
  • how the outcomes of initiatives will deliver against these those objectives
  • the expected benefits
  • the benchmarks to measure performance against, and
  • identifying the gap between planned outcomes and high level objectives
  • Documenting all processes with a direct impact on the journey
  • Collating KPI data and creating / updating reports and dashboards to share with senior leadership and wider stakeholders
  • Mapping all actors in the process and documenting this e.g. with RACI charts
  • Generate a product/artefact register to support
  • Consistent comms across all donor touchpoints, from initial awareness through to repeat donation
  • QA of new products / changes
  • Definition of a formalised change control assessment methodology
    • Person specification
  • Business analyst with comms / marketing customer journey development experience. Ideally in an NHS environment
  • Experience of marketing campaigns, corporate comms and developing consistent messaging / branding
  • Experience of working in fast-paced transformation projects / programmes
  • Detailed information and analysis experience, with reporting skills to:
  • Develop and define relevant KPIs
  • Implement the performance management and tracking of KPIs
  • Report to senior stakeholders using dashboards
  • Stakeholder management experience. Particularly of working with senior leadership teams and managing competing demands
