£23,000 to £24,000 per annumHours: 40 hours per weekFixed term, 12 months contractLocation: Avonmouth, BristolIS THIS ROLE FOR MEYou will be responsible for supporting all Project Administration on a client lead public sector project liaising with contractors, supporting the Project Manager (PM) with all logistical works being carried out on site. The role will be predominately office based and assist with general project management administration onsite in Avonmouth, although will be involved on another site in Hartcliffe. They will oversee the administrative functions surrounding two large multi phased construction projects. This may include calling contractors, making appointments, arranging site visits and meetings, general and exception reporting, gathering information to aid the PM schedule materials and contractors effectively, seeking quotations, helping the PM to coordinate internal and external paperwork and ensure all project related documentation is processed correctly, computerized and stored centrally on the shared drive.The administrator will be required to attend construction sites regularly and help with onsite communication between contractors and site operation staff, help with access issues and or general adherence to Health and Safety guidelines and site safety, arrange toolbox talks, aid the PM to enforce health and safety legislation where necessary, and keep records of all project related site visits.REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
