** Excellent Opportunity for a Programme Manager with Data/Analytics/BI programme background**The Analytics Business Intelligence programme aims to simplify and modernise the non-strategic BI estate and apply cost effective strategic patterns. Workstreams within the programme include Modernisation of Tableau and Power BI, BI Tools Simplification, andSelf-Service Enablement, to unlock an agreed set of financial benefits. Develops and/or delivers budget plans for own area with guidance from senior colleagues. Meets the needs of significant customers related to a range of products and services and/or manages a customer advisor team over a given area. Takes responsibility for implementing a teams formal development framework with guidance from senior colleagues, while informally coaching others throughout the organisation in area of expertise and pursuing and investing in opportunities for own personaldevelopment. Identifies shortcomings, then suggests and implements improvements to existing business practices, while developing and delivering projects or a work stream within the organisations change management programme with guidance from senior colleagues. Manages the development and/or operation of knowledge management system with guidance from senior colleagues. Develops and/or delivers a plan for a specific area of responsibility by managing others. Sets medium term objectives and takes responsibility for implement a teams performance management systems with guidance from senior colleagues. Manages and delivers required outcomes for a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues. Assists in the design and implementation of a compliance programme while ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards by liaising with the regulator and/or supervises the activities of a regulatory/compliance team. Develops and/or delivers a contingency plan for significant aspects of the risk management and/or control process. Develops and/or delivers elements of a strategic planning system with guidance from senior colleagues.
