Product Owner (x2) Tech For Good HealthTech Bristol/Hybrid or once a month in office£36,000 - £55,000 This is a brand new role for our good friends that we have worked with for a number of years, they are looking to hire a couple of Product Owners to take on their competition and keep their number 1 spot in the market. Theyre a truly wonderful bunch of humans and a very successful South West based business who support the health sector and are currently at a very exciting stage of growth. They have embarked on a complete re-build of their core web application, modernising and expanding globally to bring their award winning solution to the wider market. The business is solely owned with no external investment and have grown organically sinceinception, with a multi million pound turnover which has been invested in product and the new re-build. The role and the fun: The product team is currently made up of 4 exceptional humans, 3 product owners and Head of Product who is an all round gem! The engineering team is split into squads and you will slot into one of them but you wont just Product Own one area of the businessor project you will have the opportunity to work across all areas of the company and platform. Youll ensure the most valuable functionality is delivered to customers where you will gather feature requests, coordinate sprints and schedule releases. You will work collaboratively to prioritise your product backlog, with an eye on shipping working, usableincrements. Presenting the work of your team to the wider organisation and senior management will be a regular part of your job, as will re-presenting the feedback of management and other stakeholders back to your team. Above all, you will work to ensure that the Scrum team is empowered to deliver its very best work, and for the company to deliver that work in the form of value to their social care customers.
