  • Proven Product Owner experience working in a cross-functional team
  • Ability to “tell the story “with data-driven and evidence-based decision making to explain the ‘why’
  • Ability to craft a product vision and roadmap; to define the work to be done
  • Be responsible for the budget for your work, including planning and forecasting
  • To drive problems to conclusion in a proactive and collaborative manor.
  • Great relationship building and influencing skills
And any experience of these would be really useful
  • Previous experience of delivering Data change
  • Background in an organisation of a similar size and complexity
