Job Description

The OpportunityWe are delighted to be recruiting for a Process Optimisation Manager, to join our growing change and ICT team at our Bristol Head Office.Change and ICT Services is a multi-disciplinary function, comprising of change delivery & management, business analysis & support, ICT service delivery & management, information security, data, and process management. It exists to deliver and service thestrategic objectives of TBUK across these connected disciplines in a joined-up way, promoting customer focus, process effectiveness and control, oversight, and smooth transitions between running and changing the organization.In this role you will lead the Process Optimisation team, and will be responsible for the delivery and embedding of standards for end-to-end customer focussed process management within TBUK.You will design and deliver process improvement initiatives across TBUK in support of scalable, value-driven operations, and in doing so champion and drive an organisational culture of continuous process improvement.This role also offers the benefits of flexible hybrid working optionsWho we are:Triodos Bank is an award-winning organisation and one of Europes leading sustainable banks, whose mission is to make money work for positive social, environmental, and cultural change. What we are looking for:To be successful in this role you will have a solid understanding of one or more process improvement tools and methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and root cause analysis) as well as a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum led change delivery combinedwith practical experience of applying these tools in the workplace.The role holder will be experienced in negotiating and positively influencing stakeholders at all levels and from all interest groups within an organisation, including senior management teams.Extensive change management experience and the ability to present information clearly and with confidence are key elements to this opportunity.Knowledge of UK retail banking processes and systems would be desirable for this role.Triodos Bank is proud of its culture, ethos, and ability to make a positive change in society. What we offer In return for your hard work and expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of between 36k - 45k depending on experience, plus access to our extensive benefits package, where most of our benefits are non-contributory!
