I am currently looking for a Process Improvements Engineer for a very bespoke industry who have recently gone through a very exciting acquisition which means huge expansion opportunities. They are looking for some who can implement change management intoa new "production type" facility, setting up processes to streamline the business . Role & Responsibilities:*Setting up and continuously improve production lines.*Work with all customers through development and production.*Design, validate and commission production improvements.*Understanding and analyzing preparation process variability root causes and define systems to eliminate them*Continuous improvement *Hands on leadership in managing process improvements*Implementing & maintaining systems to collect, collate and analyses data on key process parameters.*Reviewing and evaluating the site processes to highlight Quality Yield, Capacity, and efficiency improvement opportunities*Designing and defining critical process parameters and centre lines; track and ensure adherence to the*Successfully ingrain the use of simple problem solving, cause and effect and lean tools to the wider team*Give technical confirmation to any request or project proposal that affects the process or equipmentKnowledge, Skills & Experience:*Degree level education in manufacturing or Engineering discipline.*A background in manufacturing/workshop environment with practical experience in improvements to achieve business targets*Lean business management experience*Proficient Microsoft Office and Google Sheets skills - especially Excel and PowerPoint for reporting*Strong influencing and communication skills and a flair for team working*Ability to ask and frame the right questions when seeking support from different departments or levels within the business. *Automotive/Workshop industry *An understanding of process mapping tools, such as Miro, Lucid Chart, Kiss Flow, etc.*TPS, 6Sigma or Kaizen accreditation. *Experience in the administration of a training and development documentsShifts & Benefits Package:*Days based role *Salary: £35,000 - £40,000Suitable candidates should apply immediately by calling our Consultant Ashley Reynolds on or by sending your CV directly to him at We regret that this client is not prepared to sponsor work permit or work permit transfer applications.
