Job Description

Job Title: PrincipalOffice Location: BristolSalary Range: £45,000 to £60,000 + benefitsJob Details:

  • Principal / Associate Transport Planner;
  • Bristol office;
  • Up to £60,000 salary.
    • Candidate Specification:
  • Extensive experience within consultancy transport planning, specifically with private sector clientele;
  • Familiarity with DMRB, local authority design guides and Manual for Streets;
  • Proficiency with Arcady, Picady, LinSig, Trics & Tempro;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • A track record in developing new business would be preferred;
  • Experience in managing small teams & mentoring junior staff.
    • Job Description:
  • Preparation of transport assessments & statements;
  • Trip generation, traffic growth projections and production of traffic flow models;
  • Junction modelling;
  • Arrange surveys & analyse traffic/parking data;
  • Project & staff management;
  • Liaising with clients to advise on and deliver projects;
  • Assist in developing proposals and targeting new business.
