We create and deliver targeted communications strategies to promote and ensure the success of challenging development proposals through the planningsystem. Our clients include Taylor Wimpey, Countryside Properties, Sainsburys, Travelodge and Churchill Retirement Living, amongst many others.The Account Executive role:As an Account Executive, you will provide support on project work by undertaking research and preparing written material for internal sign off. You will also be engaging positively with political and community stakeholders within the entire process.As part of our wonderful team, you will become involved in producing creative digital and design content as well as monitoring and using social media platforms as part of engagement campaigns.Meantime, externally, you will become our liaison with the professional team, dealing with the public and attending meetings alongside the Account Manager.What your day might look like:+ Participating in project strategy discussions+ Preparing written material including letters, brochures, media releases and adverts, presentations, Q&As, exhibition boards and website copy for sign off+ Preparing formal reports, including Reports on Community Engagement and councillor briefing documents+ Analysing feedback from public consultation exercises+ Undertaking initial background research for projects+ Creating attractive and accessible print materials+ Using content management systems to build and update websites+ Managing social media accounts+ Monitoring relevant media and local authority committee meetings, reporting on and issuing relevant coverage to clients+ Preparing external research reports for clients+ Assisting with the organisation of and attending public exhibitions+ Attending meetings with/presentations to politicians, local interest groups and residents (with line manager)About you:+ Experience using Adobe InDesign and Creative suite+ Using website content management systems (cms)+ Familiarity with Social Media account management and advertising+ Excellent written and verbal communicator+ Great organisational skills+ Team worker+ An interest in local and national politics+ An eye for detail+ Full and clean UK driving licence and access to a car+ Fluent in written and spoken EnglishWe encourage applications from all backgrounds, communities and identities, and are committed to having a team that is made up of diverse skills, experiences and abilities.
