Wed love to hear from you!About the roleIn this job, youll be responsible for brilliant delivery management of a significant maturity to the regulatory landscape at HL. The portfolio will cover process, technical and cultural change.Youll work together with both technology and business leads to achieve the desired business outcomes. Your strong communication and strategic skills will ensure successful end to end delivery planning and execution.HL have embarked on a transformation journey to continue our drive to be a client obsessed organisation. • Accountable for enabling the delivery of all initiatives ("Build" and "Run"), through others across the organisation
• Strategic leadership within the portfolio and driving the teams to adopting a product led model of operating
• Mature and continuously improve the team and portfolios performance
• Inspire and lead others in the creation and maintenance of delivery standards, resulting in an effective and mature centre of excellence
• Coach delivery managers, with varying experience into shaping the delivery culture within the business
• Mature and drive the maturing of the delivery assurance controls within the business.
• Accountable for positivity within the portfolio and recognising the duty of care owed to the supporting delivery colleagues
• Accountable for adherence to the Change Delivery Framework
• Adopting, leading, and demonstrating the use of data to drive decisions for the portfolio
• Maintenance of the priority list for the portfolio
• Communicating progress and resolving issues within their remit as Portfolio Lead for Delivery
• Ensure that outcomes are defined, tracked and have metrics to track the performance
• Ensure Delivery assurance is adopted across their portfolio
• Manage the consolidated plan from the supporting teams
• Ensure Agile approach is adopted and iterated through by all teams
• Advocate for the principles and values of the business in achieving the outcomes
• Support the teams through all stages of the lifecycle
• Engage the business to ensure that progress is known, understood and people know how to engage
• Increase team autonomy and efficiency

About You

• Leading other programmes through a transformation while being able to manage and deliver against the "Run" initiatives
• Working in a product led organisation
• Working within varying Agile structures and experience in melding different approaches with autonomous teams
• Full end to end delivery and development experience. (SI and ISV experience)
• Experience within a Regulatory business
• Successfully run agile and waterfall deliveries concurrently
• Experience delivering for large scale multimillion-pound products/Initiatives of work
• Experience in leading multi-disciplinary agile teams though coaching, mentoring and collaboration to attain a delivery focus on outcomes
• Stakeholder and Senior executive management experience (Board level)
• Drive new ways of thinking within the business and tech teams
• Drive the Pragmatic agenda in all aspects of the delivery lifecycle
• Manage, define and communicate priorities within a complex organisation
• Experience in defining software development processes

Interview ProcessThis will be a 2 stage interview process, first consisting of an informal discussion around your background, skills and experience as well as the role itself. The second stage will be presentation focused based on a scenario we provide.Working ScheduleStandard working pattern, Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:30, however you may be required to be flexible to align to business priorities.
