Job Description

Policy Lead - Operations - Government - Inside IR35We are currently recruiting for Policy Lead to help to help drive out a new policy within this central government borders programme.What you will do:

  • Consideration of any research requirements to help our understanding on this in advance of scheme administrators being in place.
  • Working closely with industry including potential workshops.
  • Working closely with our operations team to develop process maps that help to visually display problems and potential solutions.
  • Supporting senior leaders as they attend the senior leadership groups that provide senior official level co-ordination, as well as ministerial oversight.
Experience you will need to bring:
  • Government or local authority experience
  • External and internal communications around Policy
  • Knowledge of central government polices
  • Strong stakeholder skills and comfortable presenting Polices
