Job Description

PHP Developer (PHP7, Laravel, AWS, Docker, HTML5, CSS3, React) - Bristol - £50,000 - 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday, Pension, Flexible working hours including remote working options, training budgetThe RoleThis is a brand-new opportunity for an experienced PHP Developer, to join a leading company in its field with a company in the centre of Bristol. You will be required to work across the Full Stack, developing solutions in both Backend and Frontend technologies. As a PHP Developer, you will play an integral part in the contribution of a critical project enhancing an existing product alongside a skilled team of Developers, Project Managers, Testers and more. You will get the opportunity to learn from the best - and make influential decisions with technology. Your responsibilities will include re-factoring and re-architecting the system utilising both the latest tools and frameworks. You will relish the opportunity to challenge the status quo, share ideas and be passionate about working on greenfield projects!Technical Skills:

  • At least 2 years commercial experience with PHP
  • Previous experience with an MVC, ideally Laravel but CodeIgniter, Symfony, Yii, Zend considered
  • Any JavaScript framework experience in highly desirable (React / Vue.JS / Angular)
  • AWS / Docker would be nice to have
