Job Description

Location: Bristol BS11Hourly Rate: £26-£28KHours: 9:00-5:00Contract: Temporary (Maternity cover)Start date: February 2024Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for a new exciting challengeWe are currently recruiting a Full time Personal Assistant to support our client. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to the Regional Directors in the Southwest region. This role will cover an area of up to 11 schools covered by theRegional Directors in Primary and Secondary Education.We are seeking reliable, passionate and enthusiastic individuals who are looking for their next steps in their career. Ideal candidate will be highly experienced in a Personal Assistant role working closely with Directors in a fast-paced sector.Role and Responsibilities:• Have a willingness to demonstrate commitment to the values and behaviours which flow from the Academy Community Learning ethos.• Have strong administration and diary management experience.• Be educated to Degree level or equivalent experience in this type of role.• Be self-motivated, with a ‘can do’ approach to problem-solving.• Be able to demonstrate initiative and work unsupervised.• Be a team player who is able to work collaboratively.• Have the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.• Show emotional intelligence and resilience.• Have an excellent standard of written and spoken English and be able to converse at ease with senior colleagues, business contacts and members of the public.What you need to register with Reed:• Hold the Right to Work in the UK.• Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application.• Provide 5 years relevant references.InterestedPlease apply with your most recent CV including all relevant experience to the role, a designated consultant will then be in touch to discuss your application further.
