Job Description Are you passionate about data and analytics Do you want to work in a fats paced tech business in an HR team Call me to discuss this fanatics role People and Reward Analyst Permenent Salary - negotiable Hybrod working oattern - 2 das in the Bristol office My client is a fast-paced software business with offices in Bristol and employees based across UK and Germany. This is a new role created to support HR strategy and analytics. This role will work collaboratively with the People team to create employee experiencesthat exceed expectations and achieve outstanding results, through data driven decisions. Role description:
  • First point of contact for global vendor management/relationships to ensure best use of investment and resource
  • Manage, coordinate and administer the pay calibration, appraisal and bonus reviews - including global plan set up, modelling and reporting
  • Support the interpretation and delivery of People Plan, pinpointing trends and patterns in data sets and identifying new opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting the gathering, analysis, summarizing and circulating of people metrics and data to HR and the business, engaging with stakeholders at various levels in the business, across multiple functions to support the strategic planning
  • Identify gaps in data provision and reporting mechanisms and work with team members to address gaps
  • Undertake project work or special tasks in accordance with business requirements
  • Perform a critical role in transforming people data analytics capability across the business to ensure set up is legally compliant in the global space, gaining a unique insight into the workforce, to produce reporting capability and present compelling materialto consult with stakeholders, including the works council
  • Assist with managing all benefits programmes, engaging with suppliers, including compliance and administration and resolution to employee queries
  • Produce, interpret and share the relevant statutory data requirements with local country government bodies when required
  • Present to various stakeholders and within work council forums on topics including reward and comp strategies
Experience required:
  • Experience in people analytics and narrative building skills, with ability to consult
on People analytics, understanding reporting and insights to enable data drven decision making
  • A good understanding of the market environment within performance, reward and
Compensation
  • Good understanding of benefits related strategies and related queries (ideally at
the global or regional, multi-country, level)
  • Excellent verbal and written business influencing communication and storytelling
skills using a range of mediums (documents, presentations, verbal)
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and consulting ability with narrative
building skills
  • Ability to regularly present and discuss key people metrics with management
teams.
  • Strong problem solving abilities; using structured thinking to identify root causes,
opportunities and risks and implementing effective solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience of
working with SharePoint OneDrive and Power BI
  • German speaking desirable
