Job Description

Huntswood has a great new opportunity for a proven Operations Manager, with strong experience in the Pension/Investment space. This role is hybrid, and you will need to spend 2 days a week at our clients site, in Bristol.Role overview:Location: Bristol - Hybrid - 2 days a week in officeDuration: Contract until the end of September 2024 initiallyRate: £350 to £400 a day DOE - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with thisStart Date: Monday 4th March 2024The ideal Operations Manager will have:

  • Proven experience of working in an Operational capacity, on a Pensions/Investment complaint or review role
  • A relevant qualification would be highly advantageous (FPC, Level 4 or above)
  • Demonstrable experience or managing multiple teams/workstreams
  • Ability to develop and compile management information packs, to track operational goals
  • Complaints and remediation experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
