With our commitment to a sustainable future, a career with Kerry is something youcan feel good about.About the roleThe Payroll Support team is part of the Global Business Services Team and primarily provides support and assistance to the UK Payroll Team.Based in Portbury, just outside Bristol the team process operations for approximately5,000 employees.Kerry uses ResourceLink as its Payroll solution. This is used in conjunction with My Success and SAP Finance. Reporting requirements are provided by Cognos.The main purpose of this role is to enable the Payroll Support Team to ensure it candeliver business requirements as part of the Kerry Centre of Excellence. This will involve system administration of ResourceLink and support for ongoing projects.In addition to this, the role will develop the current business reporting requirements throughCognosunderstanding and streamlining processes through to designing new reports.A working knowledge will be required for Pension administration and financial aspects such as GL reconciliation and payments.The candidate should ideally have an excellent andup-to-date knowledge of ResourceLink and Payroll legislation.Key responsibilitiesSystem administration support of ResourceLink, including upgrades and testingManagement of Zellis ticketsMySuccess to Payroll interface processing and administration.Payrolldata uploads and support.Cognos report writing and development.Project supportPension administration, uploads and paymentThird party payments and GL reconciliationCostings interface into SAPChildcare Voucher administrationClockwise T&A administrationQualificationsand skillsPayroll qualification desirable but not essentialExperience of ResourceLink Payroll systemPayroll experienceAnalytical and problem solving skills.Financial awareness of P/L and balance sheets.Willingness to roll up sleeves and be hands on.Efficientand work to deadlines.Excellent communication skillsResourceLink knowledge and skillsUnderstanding of relevant general HR and Payroll legislation in the UKCognos reporting skills
