Job Description

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an established and successful umbrella services organisation, with the appointment of a Payroll Executiver to join their expanding team. Their modern offices are located in Central Bristol, just minutes fromBristol Temple Meads.This varied role will involve supporting the payroll department with administrative duties and covering areas of Customer Service. Full training will be provided for the elements of payroll you will be handling, so this role will be perfect for individualslooking to expand their skillset.Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the payroll team with all administrative duties
  • Handling queries from clients and contractors via telephone
  • Handling any customer issues relating to payroll and advising appropriately
  • Dealing with payslips and invoices
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service / administration background and be able to work in a professional manner. You will have the ability to build a natural rapport and confidently handle customer queries. Good numeracy skills are essentialfor the role.The company offers excellent training, with a dedicated inhouse learning and development trainer.
