Job Description

Are you a confident Administrator with a background or keen interest in working within financial services Then this could be the role for you. Our client, an award-winning wealth management firm is looking for a Payments Administrator to join their talented team in Bristol. In this role you will:

  • Focus on the payment of Dividends to client accounts
  • Build a comprehensive knowledge of products and services
  • Develop positive working relationships with clients and team members
  • Ensure accurate recording of client interactions
  • Use your own initiative to resolve complex and unusual queries
    • About you:
  • You are numerically minded with excellent Excel skills
  • You ideally have experience from working within financial services
  • You have an analytical approach to problem-solving
  • You know prior knowledge of securities, taxation, FCA regulations and dividends
  • You have experience performing reconciliations
