Job Description

The Opportunity :We are looking for a Partner Consultant to play an integral role supporting our ambitious customer acquisition and business growth objectives.You’ll be able to accurately prospect and consistently close in the channel context using your analysis and research, to ensure that youre getting in front of the right people at the right time - nurturing the partners that can generate partner leads and partner referred customers.Our Partner Consultant will focus on a broad range of external partners, (Accountants and Bookkeepers (ABs) being the largest group, so speaking their language and understanding what will motivate them to partner with Unleashed will be vital.Whilst you’ll be comfortable talking to people and networking, you’ll also be happy to hunker down and do the hard graft. With strong listening and problem solving skills, fantastic attention to detail is also essential to help you succeed in this role.We’re open to candidates based in or willing to commute to Bristol, UK.About Us:Unleashed is a cloud-based solution at the heart of great businesses that make, manage and move products.   • Working with our Partner team and through outbound activities, you’ll confidently execute strategies that generate new opportunities, identify and nurture potential new partners
  • Utilising your detailed research and analysis, you’ll demonstrate excellent pipeline management skills and be able to accurately forecast and achieve monthly calls
  • Using global guidelines, you will localise and own the onboarding process for new partners
  • Build trusted advisor’ type relationships with AB’s and the industry generally through personal and digital interactions
  • Ensure Partners are across product updates and roadmaps & utilise their feedback for future product changes & enhancements
  • Work alongside our Marketing team to execute successful partner events
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years partner/ channel development or sales experience within SaaS or accounting industry
  • Superior knowledge and exposure to accounting and operational best practices in growing businesses
  • Experience in a B2B or B2C consultative environment is essential
  • Proven ability to accurately prospect and consistently close in a channel context
  • Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders in complex organisations
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment - contributing positive value to other team members
  • Experienced and comfortable working under pressure, ability to multitask with minimal supervision
