Job Description

I am looking for a Part-time Senior HR Coordinator £27,236 per annum (Pro Rata), to join a leading property company based in Portishead.Working Hours - The role is part-time, 26 hours per week and the salary would be up to £27,236 per annum, pro rata (Actual - Up to £19,138 per annum).Working Days - You will need to work Wednesday & Friday and the rest can be flexible dependant on the right candidate.This is a Fixed Term 12 Month ContractOur client in Portishead has a great opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join their team. Based within a few minutes walk of the Marina, the high street, shops and restaurants with free parking and great public transport links to Bristol.The Finance Administrator plays a crucial role in the companys success.Main responsibilities of the Senior HR Coordinator will include:

  • As the Senior HR Coordinator, you will be the one to plan and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process alongside managing the onboarding process, working with the Hiring team so that the new starter has an amazing experience before they walk throughthe door on their first day.
  • You will also help to develop the Employer Brand, ensuring you are promoting the organisation to potential new colleagues. This could be by creating new advertising campaigns, monitoring their Glassdoor and Indeed profiles or attending jobs fairs and eventsto showcase us as a great employer.
  • You will also join them as they undertake some exciting project such as reviewing the applicant tracking system and overhauling the workforce planning strategy.
About you:
  • What skills, experience and qualifications do you need in order to do the role
  • You will have experience in a HR resourcing role and already know how to successfully manage a recruitment campaign. You will also come equipped to help shape our brand and workforce planning strategies.
  • You will speak to candidates and colleagues daily and attend events so you will be an amazing communicator whether it be via phone, face-to-face or email.
  • You will be a multi-tasker, with the ability to switch between tasks efficiently and with accuracy.
