An inspirational not-for-profit is looking for a part-time Events Marketing Manager to increase event attendance and event profitability and to promote the organisations event services. You will lead a hard working, friendly team.This is a rare chance to work part-time, 24.5 hours (3.5 days) a week. This is a hybrid working role, so is split between office and work from home. Apply now because this will be filled quickly.The experience we need.* Extensive experience as a full service Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive* Events industry experience is preferable but a Marketing Manager from scientific, university, membership organisation, societies or charity sectors could also be a great fit for this role* Experience managing internal and external stakeholders* Line management experience would be advantageous.The role.* Strategic marketing focused on raising the profile of the event services* Review and improve on the profitability of event and sponsorship marketing packages* Scope out opportunities for additional event and sponsorship marketing services* Ensure that the company is following the latest best practice in events marketing* Develop and oversee full service marketing plans for client events to increase delegate attendance.* Project manage event marketing for a packed calendar of events to make sure every event is promoted on time and to budget* Write effective copy for use in marketing communications* Manage and motivate the Events Marketing Executive and Marketing Assistant* Develop strong working relationships with internal teams* Plan and oversee ad hoc research on events and sponsorship to increase market insight.The company.This not-for-profit works globally and has a tangible impact on society.What youll get in return.Youll get a salary of 34-38k pro rata over 3.5 days a week, so c£26.6k take home, plus hybrid working, comprehensive flexi-time working, phenomenal holiday allowance and other great benefits.
