Job Description

Our client, a manufacturer of portable buildings used on building sites and outdoor events, urgently requires an experienced paint sprayer to work at its site in Avonmouth. This is an ongoing position with the possibility of permanent employment following a successful qualifying period.Working hours and Rates of Pay:

  • Monday to Friday 730am to 4pm (in busy periods you may need to start at 6am)
  • £10.60 per hour Monday to Friday (for 40 hours)
  • £14.13 per hour Monday to Friday (over 40 hours)
  • £15.90 per hour Saturday (provided 40 hours already worked Monday to Friday)
  • £21.20 per hour Sunday & BH
    • Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To spray paint portable buildings to customer specification and standard
  • To be able to correctly mask non-paintable areas and be conversant with the use of solvents and necessary health & safety requirements
  • To properly maintain the painting equipment
  • To have previous relevant experience in spray painting
  • Be a holder of relevant spray painting qualification (Spray Plant or equivalent)
  • You should also be competent in the use of basic hand power tools
