Please keep an eye out for our email.JOB OVERVIEWWe have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Operations Manager with excellent team management, organisational, communication and collaboration skills.Working as the Operations Manager you will manage an operations team of staff and volunteers working with children and young people and their families, delivering Skills, Information & Support Services (SISS).As the Operations Manager you will work across the Southwest and Wales region as part of a team of 7 managers and will lead on the delivery of the service to Children and Young People (CYP).The Operations Manager will have previous experience of leading services for children with vision impairment as a practitioner or manager. There will be a particular focus on managing the ongoing development of the Habilitation service in Wales and supportingthe team who deliver this. The team are based in North and South Wales so a willingness to travel is essential.
