Job Description

The Company:A unique and professional Business Centre based in central Bristol requires a friendly, flexible and professional individual to fulfil the role of Sales Administrator. You will be working as part of a close knit, small team on a reception area covering allenquiries and being a friendly contract for their existing and new and potential clientsThe Job:On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Office Sales Co-ordinator for their centrally based Bristol office. You will be responsible for;

  • Managing all new sales enquiries (from the early stages of conducting viewings, to negotiations and onward management of the clients tenancy).
  • Regularly communicating sales activity to Management.
  • Upholding and improving the services provided by the business centre and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Involvement with the company social media and ideas to improve their marketing and advertising strategy.
  • Day to day assisting with the general running of the centre; helping on Reception, troubleshooting broadband and telecom issues and answering any client queries.
  • Coordinating with our Accounts team to process monthly rents, return of deposits and help resolve any finance queries.
  • Organising team and client social events.
  • Covering management holiday and sickness.
The Person:For this role our client is seeking someone who;

  • Has a strong background in customer service and basic sales knowledge would be beneficial to this role.
The Hours:Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pmThe Location:Central Bristol, no car parking – 100% office basedThe Salary:£25 27,000
