Job Description

Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a SME business in the St George area of Bristol, with the recruitment of an Office & Sales Administrator. This position will play a huge role in the smooth running of the business day-to-day and requires a hands-onand experienced administrative professional who is really passionate about what they do.Our client is easily accessible from the M32, as well as central Bristol with plenty of free parking available on site. The working hours are 8:30 - 5pm with ½ hour lunch, and this role is fully office based.Responsibilities of the Office & Sales Administrator will include but not be limited to:

  • Receptionist & Front of House: meeting and greeting visitors, offering refreshments, and answering phone calls.
  • Office Administration: keeping the website updated, filing & paperwork, ordering office supplies and booking any travel & accommodation required.
  • Sales Administration: working closely with internal and external sales teams, managing incoming customer enquiries, drafting up quotes and maintaining a CRM system.
  • Finance Administration: raising invoices and tracking on Xero as well as managing purchase orders.
  • Supporting the business through trade shows, supporting on the event planning both prior and afterwards.
Your Profile:
  • Strong administration experience is essential, ideally working within a SME environment.
  • Experience with Xero is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive, "hands-on" individual, who enjoys a variety of work and every changing environment.
  • Ability to work well autonomously but also partner with key stakeholders in the business.
