Job Description

Are you looking for a fun, fast paced role with an innovative company Do you enjoy customer service with a balance of administration Our client based in North Bristol are recruiting for an Office Receptionist to join their friendly team on a permanent,full-time basis!Starting Salary of £24,960 per annum (£12 per hour)Contract: Permanent, full-time contractHours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (1 hour for lunch)Location: Bradley StokeFree On-site parking and canteen on site.The Receptionist Duties include:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, emails, scanning and filing
  • Assist with updating clients via management system
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Deal with courtesy car fleet
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Experience Required for the Office Receptionist:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional demeanour with excellent customer service skills
