Job Description

As a Networks Design Engineer you will be part of a team of Solutions Design & Delivery engineers who execute design, build and deployment activities to deliver appropriate network infrastructure solutions to meet customer requirements at an enterprise leveland within budget. Your role also ensures compliance to all disciplines including participation in governance, change management and risk/ audit requirements.Why apply

Roles & Responsibilities
  • You will work with key stakeholders to develop network designs in support of LAN, MAN, WAN, data centre, Wireless, extranet, DMZ and campus environments
  • Be accountable for end-to-end delivery of the Project tasks
  • Ensure that any designs are implemented in line with current architecture and documentation is fit for purpose
  • You will work with global support teams to transition knowledge of project deliveries
  • Ensure compliance to all our disciplines including participation in governance, change management and risk/ audit requirements
Skills required
  • Routing & Switching - Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus, Cisco ASR, WAN & LAN technologies
  • Load balancers - F5 - LTM and GTM with familiarity of TLS negotiation, TLS troubleshooting, Mutual Authentication, API/ HTTP calls, certificate handling
  • Firewalls - Fortigate Firewalls, Fortigate Manager and Analyser, Juniper Firewalls, Juniper NSM
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following: Cisco Wireless, Bluecoat/ Symantec Proxy, Juniper Routing JUNOS
