Are you a Multi Skilled Facilities Engineer in Bristol My client is currently recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer with F-Gas required for a portfolio of Schools in Bristol. You will be mainly based at Bridge Learning Campus (BLC) BS13, however be expected to visit the other schools from time to time, due to this you will be provided a van for travel to and from work. Working with one of the largest Facilities Services provider that covers 4 large Schools in Bristol. The work will involve PPM, fault finding, reactive and breakdowns and remedial works to all M&E services including Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning. You will need to be - Served a Time served apprenticeship in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, City & Guilds IOSH working safety (Desirable) HNC or HND in Building Services (Desirable)Core commercial Gas as well as radiant tubes, pipework purging and testing and radiant tubes (Desirable)Handling F-Gas as well as Refrigeration and air-conditioning level 2 (Desirable) Good level of hands on experience of both electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems 17/18th Edition Electrical Applicants should also have a good all-round knowledge and understanding of HVAC plant and would be expected to assist with various reactive and PPM tasks within the Facilities contract, this will include building fabrics and M&E services.
