The Minor Works Manager will be responsible for leading on the reinstatement programme of apartments across our clients estate.Client DetailsOur client is a charitable care home provider.DescriptionThe Minor Works Manager will work closely with the wider Capital Projects Team and Sales Team to lead the reinstatement programme and ensure that properties are refurbished effectivley and are ready for re-sale.Typical projects that you will oversee in each property will be improvement based and could be the replacement of bathrooms and kitchens.You will need to ensure that you are effectivley managing the commerical element of these fitouts to ensure that both a high standard of product and spec are delivered whilst also allowing for a good commercial return when the property is sold.ProfileThe ideal candidate for this role will have a proven background as a Minor Works Surveyor or Project Manager or possibly even a background as a Commercial Manager or Quantity Surveyor.You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent commercial management skills to ensure that commercial goals and financial targets are being met.The role is Bristol based and will require travel within the Bristol region and you will need access to your own vehicle.Job OfferA salary of up to £55,000 is on offer.
