Do you want to lead the growth of a mental health and psychological service division for a multi-award winning, clinically led, and innovative private healthcare provider of face-to-face and virtual therapiesAre you a skilled clinical psychologist or counselling psychologist who is looking for an autonomous and creative opportunity to shape the future strategy of mental health and psychological servicesPerhaps you already clinically lead a team of mental health and psychological professionals but are searching for an opportunity that also allows you to work commercially through designing cost-effective and innovative clinical solutions to successfully drive growthOr maybe you see the clinical benefits of adopting technology to support high-quality care outcomes and want to work for a supportive and values-driven employer who will provide you with the resources to make a real difference to patients livesIf you have answered yes to any of these questions, then this is worth exploring.Based remotely, Operia is working exclusively with an innovative and multi-award-winning private healthcare organisation who are on an exciting digital journey, to search for and headhunt their first Mental Health Service Lead.In this highly creative role, you will work together with the Chief Operating Officer to shape the mental health service line strategy and develop their service proposition to deliver an enhanced patient experience, including the adoption of new technology as required.You will build a strong team of in-house therapists and oversee third-party providers to deliver high-quality care, both virtually and face-to-face. Keeping up with best practice and ensuring high standards of care, clinical outcomes, and patient satisfaction are met will be paramount.The role requires someone who is a fully qualified and HCPC registered counselling psychologist or clinical psychologist, entrepreneurial, and thrives working in fast-paced environments.
