This is a fantastic opportunity to join a core Client of ours, a growing fin tech business with great ambition. The successful postholder will be responsible for managing the day to day operational activities for the marketing team. What you’ll be doingThe postholder will report into the Marketing Director and they will have no direct reports but they will work very closely with a medium size marketing team of approx. nine people. The purpose of this role will be to continuously improve processes, lookingat new systems and ways of working in order to optimize team’s performance. A big emphasis is being placed on training and knowledge sharing within the team as well as enhancing collaboration with other teams within the business. Another part of the role willbe to support the Marketing Director with special projects. Last but not least the successful candidate will be a leader within the team, continuing to building a positive culture.What experience you’ll need to apply
