Job Description

Marketing Executive, Professional Services, CRM, Bristol Marketing Executive required to work for an exciting Professional Services company based in Bristol. However, due to Covid-19, you will mainly be based from home and the requirement to go into the Bristol offices will be limited.Working as part of the Global Outsourcing team, which has grown considerably over the past 7 years, you will be working with Partners within the business to help it grow to the next level with your eye for marketing and strategic ability. Read on for moredetailsRequired skills:

  • Preferred - CIM diploma or equivalent accredited (or currently working towards) or relevant marketing experience
  • Marketing experience - at least 2 years experience, preferably in a professional services environment. Expertise in our chosen sectors or market segments is desirable but not a pre-requisite.
  • Have a keen eye for market and customer insight, how to utilise it for commercial advantage
  • Gathers information from a wide variety of sources, as needed, ensuring it is correct and comprehensive
  • Asks relevant questions to obtain clarity on key issues; proposes recommendations for process improvements drawing on own work experience
  • Ability to take initiative and work across cross-functional teams
  • A natural relationship builder, is able to relate to a wider cross section of people
  • Preferred - digital marketing communications experience (including the use of social media to support campaigns)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good planning and prioritising skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to apply relevant skills to new scenarios.
  • Aware of own personal development and contributes towards it.
  • Self-starter, able to think outside the box and research an issue.
  • Results orientated.
  • Strong IT skills and commercial acumen
  • Travel will be required.
  • A degree/ relevant professional qualification.
  • Use of a CRM system and Microsoft Office experience essential
