Job Description

Marketing Executive East Bristol / Hybrid3 days office / 2 days home£24,000 - £27,000 + Superb BenefitsThe Company:Our client is a well-respected and established Franchisee business who celebrates its 20-year anniversary this year. It operates across a number of key business sectors and provides a tried and tested platform to business professionals who wish to grow anddevelop their own businesses. They genuinely value their employees and to evidence this are now an employee-owned company.The Job:This is a super role which requires you to support our clients franchisees with their marketing activities, delivering excellent service, support, advice and guidance across the group of companies. The role will be varied with exposure to many aspectsof the business simultaneously. You will be working closely with the Central Office team and management, our franchisees, suppliers and partner organisations. You will have ownership and autonomy over specific projects provided to you and the chance to directlyimpact the success of those.Main Duties:

  • Support the implementation of marketing strategies across the UK and Ireland
  • Scheduling and supporting the management of social media channels
  • Creating social media content and designing graphics for company channels and franchisees
  • Edit website content as required using CMS and support the development of company websites
  • Support franchisees in ordering advertisements and design requests from our external designers
  • Support franchisees in their marketing activities and provide training where required
  • Support franchisees in using our email marketing system
  • Support in the branding and development of marketing material for both print and digital purposes
  • Liaise with the Central Office team to co-ordinate the creation of the monthly internal newsletter
  • Market and support the administration and organisation of events
  • Manage the stock, ordering and distribution of branded company merchandise for the franchise- co-ordinating with printing and merchandise supplier
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to general email enquiries coming into the Central office
  • Update and maintain accurate records and documents
  • Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with franchisees
The Person:
  • A minimum of 2 years marketing experience with a solid understanding of core marketing principles
  • Degree Level or CIM equivalent qualification would be preferable
  • Experience of managing social media channels and a good basic knowledge of SEO principles and PPC, experience in managing website CMS systems and email marketing platforms
  • A keen enthusiasm for marketing and desire to keep up to date with digital marketing trends
  • Evidence of being clearly focussed on action and delivery
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, IT skills. Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount
  • A sense of humour
  • Must have a warm and friendly telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills
