Job Description

All round marketing expertise in B2B software company is sought by a fast growing software business to take to market its recruitment and HR software solutions. Use your skills to participate in copywriting, social media, event management, data and marketinganalysis and campaign management. Develop your marketing skills collaborating with experienced marketing lead, whilst taking responsibility for varied marketing tasks. You may be from agency or client side background. Work from home with occasional officevisits in Basingstoke or Bristol.In this role you will:

  • use your content marketing skills to create case studies, blog posts, website content, guides and white papers
  • work with the digital marketing exec and SEO agency to manage website optimisation
  • manage social media e.g. Linked in, Twitter
  • participate in event management such as seminars, industry exhibitions
  • participate in management of the marketing schedule and budget
  • analyse marketing activity / performance
  • develop your expertise in B2B marketing of a software solution and service
You must have:
  • all round marketing ability and experience
  • previous B2B marketing experience, ideally in a software solutions company or marketing agency with software clients
  • good written communication skills and proven expertise in content creation
  • basic design skills (ideally)
  • track record of executing multi channel campaigns
  • analytical approach - able to analyse data, campaign effectiveness, marketing activity
  • Pardot, WordPress and Adobe skills or similar
  • good planning, organisation and time management skills
