Marketing Communications Executive 6 Month FTC This is an exciting opportunity or someone to join a dynamic not for profit organisation who are passionate about helping disabled people to get mobile! This role will provide a marketer a dynamic team to work alongside and a chance to use your skills for good!The experience we need.* Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills and the ability to tailor digital content for the relevant audience* Strong communication and organisational skills and able to build and manage stakeholder and supplier relationships to understand their needs, manage expectations, and provide a quality service delivery* Great attention to detail along with the ability to self-motivate for various tasks and work to deadlines* Ability to quickly learn and pick up new systems, technology and processes, project management, good grasp of reporting and data, and understanding of learning and development* Awareness and ideally knowledge of using email software platforms, social media, design software (e.g., photoshop, premiere pro) and content management systems (CMS)The role.An exciting opportunity to work alongside colleagues in dealer communication and training. This role provides the chance to design, develop and deliver high quality integrated communications and training to our dealer partners using multiple channels.Youll help manage and develop new content for the dealer website and e-learning using online platforms and software. This will involve proactively building relationships and engagement with stakeholders to understand and turn process, technical, Scheme andMDP/MCP information into clear and persuasive communications and training to support dealer partners in providing excellent service to Scheme customers.You will be writing and editing copy, including digital content, e-learning, assessment questions, step-by-step process information, email campaigns, newsletters, and video content to deliver a clear and compelling tone of voice to drive dealer engagement andperformance.The company.The team are responsible for managing our communication and training programme to the dealer network which encompasses car, wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV) converters, powered wheelchair scooter (PWS) dealers and adaptation installers.
