Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Mandarin Speaking Senior Student Progression Advisor to join a small, fast growing educational consultancy. You must be passionate about helping young people achieve their academic dreams. This would ideally suit someonewith a few years experience in the education sector looking to use their language skills. Some commercial knowledge would also help, as you will be speaking to a variety of people.The Role

  • Regular liaison with clients, parents, educational establishments and host families
  • Responsible for assisting students to achieve their academic inspirations
  • Supporting students welfare
  • Use initiative to take on extra responsibilities
  • Ad hoc task to support the requirements of the business and other team members
  • Some limited travelling may be required
The Ideal Candidate
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English with good understanding of Chinese culture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable dealing with professionals and young students
  • Good time management skills with ability to prioritise workload and multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail and understands the importance of outstanding customer care
  • Flexible nature and can do attitude to support the business
