With a highly prestigious client portfolio and practice functions that separate them from other firms in the industry, this firm have the most friendly, down to earth, yet professionalculture in the market. If you have a secretarial background in property, then this role could be perfect for you.Legal Secretary - Real EstateYour duties would be:

  • Manage diaries daily
  • Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments, and liaise with other attendees, both internal and external
  • Arrange for travel bookings and related details to be made through the support teams
  • Arrange for the completion of photocopying, printing, organising couriers, send out of letters, faxes etc.
  • Preparing engrossments
  • Copy-typing and digital dictation as required
  • Deeds scheduling
  • Managing workflow to the Document & Design Centre, Print Room etc as required; proactively taking steps to ensure work is returned within required timescales
  • Collating all indexing on legal documentation and setting up files as necessary
  • Processing fee-earner expenses on Chrome River in a timely manner
  • Liaison with Business Development, Marketing, Events and Finance Teams with a view to supporting them on specific team-based tasks
